YourNet Product Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the merchandise, YouNet will refund the cost of the returned merchandise provided that it is returned within 30 days and returned according to our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns covered under our 30-day return policy are subject to the following:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by YourNet Communications Inc. MUST accompany ALL returns and be printed on the outside portion of the shipping box in order to avoid refusal. YourNet cannot be responsible for returns sent without an RMA number. No credits or refunds can be issued for merchandise returned without an RMA number. RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from date of receipt which will be valid only for 15 days from date of issuance.
- After the 30-day period, all product returns must be handled by the respective manufacturer or warranty provider.
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE FREIGHT PRE-PAID. We recommend you use FedEx, UPS, or Insured mail. Please make sure your package is sent with a tracking number to avoid loss or confusion.
- All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and documentation cannot be accepted and will be returned (upon request) at customer's expense. YourNet Communications Inc. cannot accept returned items that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 30 day return period.
Products which are defective can only be exchanged for the same product. If we are unable to exchange an item for the same, or a replacement of equal or greater value within a reasonable time frame, you will be issued an in-store credit.
Any returns found to be non-defective and in working order are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and non-merchandise fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
